SideWorkTT collects account and profile details, service listings, bookings, messages, reviews, support requests, approximate or precise location when permitted, device and security information, and transaction records. Provider identity checks may include government ID and facial verification handled through the disclosed verification provider.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, match customers and providers, process bookings and payments, verify providers, prevent fraud, provide support, send service communications, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
Payment and identity partners
Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by SideWorkTT. SideWorkTT may retain masked card details, payment references, and transaction status. Identity documents, facial images, and biometric verification results are processed by the disclosed identity-verification provider. SideWorkTT may keep private, access-controlled copies and verification results for provider approval, fraud prevention, appeals, audits, and legal obligations. They are not displayed publicly.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only as needed with the other party to a booking, contracted service providers, payment and identity partners, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor to the business. Records are retained only as long as needed for platform operations, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can update profile and notification settings in the app and control device-location permission in your operating system. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity checks and records SideWorkTT must retain.
Advertising
When advertising is enabled in the mobile app, SideWorkTT uses Google AdMob to display clearly labeled ads within service browsing. SideWorkTT requests non-personalized ads and does not send your profile, messages, bookings, search text, or precise location as ad-targeting parameters. Google's advertising SDK may process IP address, device information, identifiers, and ad interactions for delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention, subject to your privacy choices and device settings. Where consent is required, ads remain unavailable until the necessary choices have been made. Open Ad privacy choices at the bottom of the service browsing screen or in Settings or Legal and privacy to review available choices. Advertising is not required to book or provide a service.
